When will my package be shipped?
We ship every business day all packages ordered before 4:00 pm on the same day. Orders placed on Friday after 4:00 p.m. and on weekends are shipped on Monday.
Delivery time per country
- Netherlands – Business days orders placed before 4:00 p.m., home delivery the next business day.
- Belgium – Business days orders placed before 4:00 p.m., home delivery the next business day.
- Germany – Business days orders placed before 4:00 p.m., delivery time 2-3 business days
- France – Business days orders placed before 4:00 p.m., delivery time 2-3 business days
- Other countries in Europe – Business days orders placed before 4:00 p.m., delivery time 2-5 business days
Are there any shipping costs?
All products within the Netherlands, Belgium, France and Germany have no shipping costs. All other countries in Europe have a shipping cost of €5,95.
